Welcome to this tutorial page and lets get started. You are probably in the ‘Short Code’ setting page now, continue to read on and this tutorial will show you step by step how to do the setting in just a few minutes. Please look at the numbers in below image while reading the instructions:

short-tag

  • Give that banner group a name in box labeled 2.

  • You can create as many group as you wish.

  • Click on the delete group button (6) and that banner group will get deleted from the data base.

View an advertisement banner

  • Select the name of the banner group (7) and the day (8) you have assigned the banner to. That banner will appear on your setting panel after that. Don’t click on that banner!

Render the banner

Insert this short code

[banners groups="onlinepc"]

lets say 'onlinepc' is one of the group you have created.

into any location in the content of a post and published or updated that post and you will see a banner appears on that post on a particular day. Lets make this more clearer, if you have assigned a banner to a group named ‘onlinepc’ and set the banner to appear on Monday then once you have inserted the shortcode above in the post content, that banner will appear on every Monday in that post but it will not show up on any other days besides Monday. Lets say you assign another banner to the same group and set it to Sunday then the second banner will appear on that post with the shortcode in it on Sunday but will not show up on Monday or any other days besides Sunday. If you just assign two banners to two days in a group instead of seven banners to all seven days then those slots that are empty will remain empty until you fill them up!

Besides the content area you also can insert the short code into the sidebar text widget area as well as the comment area (at the front end of your post). The banner which appears on the sidebar area will be the same on all posts, if you want to have different banner appears on different post then use the ‘content AD’ feature instead.

One more thing I would like to point out here is that the email subscription feature is now gone forever, the reasons are because of lack of users using this feature as well as this feature just does not fit into the niche of this plugin which is purely for blog advertisement purposes.

If you are interested in the email subscription feature then I would suggest you to install Jetpack which will come with the email subscription form feature. You can see that there is an email subscription form on the sidebar of this blog, although the interface design of the email form is not that beautiful when it appears on the sidebar of our blog but Jetpack email form feature has a really beautiful email template comes with it. If you want to see how the email template actually looks like then why not subscribe to my blog by entering your email address in the email subscription form on the sidebar of this post, my blog is about wordpress, internet and programming so if you like those topics then why not subscribe to my blog?

Alright, hope you will enjoy using this plugin and if you do like this plugin please do share it with your friends on Facebook

or Twitter.
